Accident in Pattaya
A 14-year-old motorcyclist was seriously injured in a collision with a car on Sukhumvit Road in central Pattaya.
The incident occurred early Saturday morning when the motorcyclist ran a red light and crashed into a white Honda Jazz driven by 29-year-old Alongkorn Suwansri.
"I panicked and acted quickly without watching the traffic properly,"
Alongkorn Suwansri said. The motorcyclist sustained multiple abrasions and was taken to a hospital for treatment. The black Yamaha Grand Filano motorbike was heavily damaged.
Rescue and police teams arrived promptly to provide assistance and investigate the scene.
