Russia has showcased its stationary remote-controlled ZU-23-2 air defense system, sparking questions about potential upgrades to this latest modification.
At the Kapustin Yar training ground, a demonstration of various weapons and military equipment was held for Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation.
