Developer Purchases Site in LoHi for $8.5M
A newly formed Aspen-based firm, Pagewest, has acquired a site in LoHi for $8.5 million.
The site, located along Speer Boulevard and 29th Avenue, spans approximately 1.5 acres and is currently occupied by retail buildings and offices.
The purchase price works out to around $132 per square foot for the land.
- The company plans to build apartments on the site.
- The proposed development includes 282 units across two 7-story buildings.
- The existing structures would be demolished to make way for the new construction.
Pagewest did not respond to a request for comment.
