Civics 101 Workshops in Grant County Libraries
NCW Libraries will host "Civics 101," a series of workshops to learn about state, federal, and local government.
The workshops are offered through the Washington Secretary of State's Civics Engagement Program, according to Alicia O'Dell, adult programs coordinator for NCW Libraries.

NCW Libraries, which includes branches in Moses Lake, Ephrata, Mattawa, Royal City, George, Quincy, and elsewhere in Grant County, is hosting the civics seminars to help people understand how government functions in the U.S.
